🔹 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for courses purchased directly through our LMS platform within 7 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the course content has been accessed. Refunds are only applicable for genuine issues such as payment errors or technical problems preventing course access.

🔹 Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@yourlms.com with your order ID, course name, and reason for the refund. All refund requests must be submitted within the eligibility period.

🔹 Refund Process & Timeline

Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Refund notifications will be sent via email, and you may track the refund status through your LMS account.

🔹 Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Courses accessed beyond 20% completion
  • Gifted courses or third-party promotions
  • Subscription fees already consumed for the month

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy as our LMS evolves. Any changes will be posted on this page with the effective date. Refund requests will always be honored according to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
