Training Platform Terms of Use

By accessing or utilizing the VistaSec Arena training platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use, our Privacy Protocol, and all applicable institutional guidelines. If you do not accept these terms, you must refrain from accessing the platform or training ranges.

Enrolled professionals must provide verified credentials during registration, preserve account confidentiality, and execute all practical exercises within authorized lab boundaries. Any malicious exploitation, unauthorized target scanning outside assigned ranges, or platform disruption will result in immediate termination.

You are strictly responsible for safeguarding your authentication tokens and login credentials. Notify our command desk immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or compromise. VistaSec is not liable for losses arising from unmanaged credentials.

Training modules and virtual lab containers are provisioned strictly upon successful enrollment. Access is licensed for individual professional development and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed without explicit written authorization.

All platform architecture, curriculum frameworks, lab code, documentation, and graphical assets are protected under international copyright and intellectual property statutes. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse-engineering, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

VistaSec assumes no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform usage or lab execution. While we maintain rigorous infrastructure uptime, uninterrupted access to training ranges is not absolute.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Use as the training platform scales. Continued access following updates constitutes formal acceptance of the modified protocol.
